Doxdirect has a very user friendly system for uploading your files. We can take various file formats such as PDF, Word (dox and docx), Powerpoint, PNG and JPEG. So you can load, configure and place your order in a few minutes. All files and data are treated as highly confidential, however, all files are kept indefinitely. This is so customers can create an account with us at a later date and be able to reorder their documents online without having to upload the files again. If you’d rather we completely delete your files, just let us know when the job is received and we will make sure they’re gone for good.

2. You will know exactly how much your print will cost before you order!

Our website has an amazing little tool called the price calculator, this is where you can calculate what you will pay, and play with the settings to tweak the price. The price shown is what you’ll pay when you order. It will also give you up-to-date and reliable details about our products, delivery and production turnaround.

3. There is no minimum order!

If you only want one copy of your Granny’s latest attempt at writing a novel, then you only have to order one copy – we won’t make you buy 10!

Forest Stewardship Council certification gives customers the option to choose forest products such as paper and wood that have been sourced in an environmentally sustainable, socially responsible and economically viable way. In addition, the paper, cardboard and inks that we use do not contain any animal products. We are also proud members of Two Sides, the non-profit organisation promoting the sustainable and attractive attributes of print, paper, and paper-based packaging.
