Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. I’m starting a Joe Wicks plan, what’s the best way to have a printout of my plan?
A. The most popular way to have your plan printed is as a spiral bound. The best thing about this is that it will lie flat on the table or worktop – perfect for rustling up your recipes without losing the page!
Q2. What size paper should I use?
A. We think the perfect size for a recipe book or exercise plan is a neat A5, this means it won’t take up too much work top space and can easily fit in a bag for on-the-go. The text will be a good size and easily readable when in a steamy kitchen!
Q3. What about the cover? Will it be hard wearing?
A. The best way to print your book would be to make sure you choose a 300gsm card cover – this can be printed in colour or black and white, or just plain, but this will make sure that your book is sturdy and not flimsy. If you choose this for the front and back, it will be extra sturdy.
Q4. How can I get extra protection for the book?
A. You can opt for a plastic outer cover on the front and back. It doesn’t matter if you choose clear or opaque, but if you want to be able to see your front cover, then choose clear. Opaque isn’t completely see-through! The plastic cover will give extra protection from any splashes flying about.
Q5. My book has different sections, is there a way to see these at a glance?
A. Yes! You can use tabs, these can be set automatically when you order, and you can label them with the heading of each section. Then you will end up with an easy way to go straight to a particular section of the book. They are super easy and convenient to use.
Q6. How long will my plan take to arrive?
A. We will give you an estimated delivery date when you order. If you want your plan quickly because you’re so excited about getting started with the actual hard copy, you can choose to have same day or next day processing. This means that we will despatch the book on the same day, (if you order before 2pm) the next day, or the day after that (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Bear in mind that if you choose the free Royal Mail delivery option, it will be sent Royal Mail first class, but while Royal Mail strive to deliver 93% of items by the next day, this delivery option may take several days from date of despatch. For a guaranteed delivery date, please use one of our guaranteed delivery services. Check out our delivery details here.
Q7. How much will it cost?
A. This all depends on the options you choose, some people like to have theirs in colour all the way through, and others are happy with black and white, there are different weights of paper to choose from and this will all make a difference to the price. The easiest way to get a quote is to use our instant calculator which is on the home page, and there is a quick video to show you how to use it:
